1) no soda, cola, limo, energy drinks and even juices should be from real fruits without added sugar
2) drink a lot of water
3) eat something VERY small (half an apple maybe?) every two hours. Some fruit. It will give your body the necessary sugar -> glucose -> energy to work with, so it won't build up reserve fat for "bad times"
4) NO SNACKS in between, NONE
5) REGULAR meal times and sleeping times
6) enough sleep / food (starving yourself will make your body build up a fat reserve)
7) workout! Jogging (not running) or something similar
If she were unnaturally thin, you'd see ribs jutting out, which are not evident here.
She has muscle tone in her abdomen, evidence of a healthy lifestyle. She is not angular and bony, but soft and slim, and that's not a crime.
Sounds like some people might be inwardly jealous of her, just saying.
I think she's downright gorgeous, and I can appreciate her simple beauty.
and great modelling of her by the way
It's upsetting. So, I apologize on the behalf of humanity for the unnecessary rudeness that has been received. You and your models seem hold incredible talent, and compose brilliant pieces of artwork. ^-^
Now, to the artist: I would first like to commend you on your work, and for putting up with all of the flak directed towards you. Second, I would like to apologise for the disgraceful commentary above on behalf of those (few, it seems) remaining people in the world who were brought up with the decency and respect required to function in this increasingly shockingly-mannered world.
Real sense and rationality- it still exists
Bad make up.
I do retouching for glossy magazines, believe me, I make it perfectly
I'm also saying this judging from the fact that her skin looks almost too smooth to be completely natural....
If what I said doesn't happen to be true at all, I must say I apologise and that this model sure should be lucky the way she looks
She is lean for her size, but you can't even see her ribs.
By the way: I'm underweight, so please be careful with your prejudices.
But maybe you never have seen underweight people in reality - you are an American, I forgot.
And this girl here ist just photoshopped, not more.
and to those other posts... I'm afraid to say, that I had a similar body to her before a few years without beeing unhealthy. I was just eating normal and was very active and I want that back XD <----so working on a more healthy lifestyle, because when I stopped doing so i got a slightly over normal weight BMI, but BMI is such a bitch in judging people.....it's not working if you have a very petite body shape in a natural way....also if you have way too less muscles :/ or the other way around.... actually I know some people who have that kind of waist just naturally....
(btw. you can see if it's unhealthy or not if you look at their skin thickness, skintone(sometimes), muscleshapes)
