There are a few astonishingly simple rules to follow. 1) no soda, cola, limo, energy drinks and even juices should be from real fruits without added sugar 2) drink a lot of water 3) eat something VERY small (half an apple maybe?) every two hours. Some fruit. It will give your body the necessary sugar -> glucose -> energy to work with, so it won't build up reserve fat for "bad times" 4) NO SNACKS in between, NONE 5) REGULAR meal times and sleeping times 6) enough sleep / food (starving yourself will make your body build up a fat reserve) 7) workout! Jogging (not running) or something similar
I think she looks perfectly healthy, and beautiful. If she were unnaturally thin, you'd see ribs jutting out, which are not evident here. She has muscle tone in her abdomen, evidence of a healthy lifestyle. She is not angular and bony, but soft and slim, and that's not a crime. Sounds like some people might be inwardly jealous of her, just saying. I think she's downright gorgeous, and I can appreciate her simple beauty.
